DESCRIPTION
FIT-221-3/16-GR063 is a cross-linked polyolefin heat shrinkable tubing designed for wire and cable insulation, bundling, and protection applications. It features a minimum supplied inner diameter of 0.187 inches that shrinks to a maximum recovered inner diameter of 0.093 inches, providing an approximate 2:1 shrink ratio with a nominal recovered wall thickness of 0.020 inches. The tubing operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 90°C and full recovery at 121°C. It meets UL Standard 224 and CSA Standard 198 at 600V, as well as AMS-DTL-23053/5 specifications. This tubing is RoHS compliant and lead-free, making it suitable for applications requiring reliable electrical insulation, mechanical protection, and environmental resistance.
