DESCRIPTION
F2213/64-BL103 is a cross-linked polyolefin heat shrinkable tubing designed for wire and cable insulation, bundling, and protection applications. It features a 2:1 shrink ratio with a minimum supplied inner diameter of 0.046 inches that recovers to a maximum of 0.023 inches, and a nominal recovered wall thickness of 0.016 inches. The tubing operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 90°C and full recovery at 121°C. It meets UL Standard 224 and CSA Standard 198 at 600V, as well as AMS-DTL-23053/5 specifications, and is RoHS compliant. This tubing is ideal for electrical insulation, strain relief, and environmental protection in demanding applications requiring excellent tensile strength (1500 psi minimum) and dielectric strength (500 V/mil minimum).
