DESCRIPTION
FIT-221V-1/16-BK103 is a cross-linked polyolefin heat shrinkable tubing designed for wire and cable insulation, bundling, and protection applications. It features a 2:1 shrink ratio with a minimum shrink temperature of 90°C and full recovery at 121°C, operating over a temperature range of -55°C to 135°C. The tubing offers excellent mechanical properties including a minimum tensile strength of 1500 psi and 200% minimum elongation, along with electrical properties such as 500 V/mil dielectric strength and 1x10^14 ohm-cm volume resistivity. It is RoHS compliant and meets UL Standard 224 and CSA Standard 198 at 600V, as well as AMS-DTL-23053/5 specifications. This tubing is ideal for applications requiring reliable insulation, environmental protection, and strain relief in electrical and electronic assemblies.
