DESCRIPTION
M1146-SL005 is a six-conductor shielded cable assembly designed for control and signal transmission in industrial and electronic applications. The cable features six 18 AWG tinned copper conductors (41/34 stranding) with 0.016" polyethylene insulation, twisted at 3.4 twists per foot minimum and wrapped with clear Mylar tape. A tinned copper braid shield provides 90% coverage minimum, with a 0.035" PVC jacket rated for -20°C to 75°C operation. The cable is rated for 300V RMS with low conductor DC resistance of 7.1 O/1000ft and a maximum pull tension of 83 lbs, making it suitable for instrumentation, control systems, and multi-conductor signal routing where shielding and reliability are essential.
