DESCRIPTION

AZ2429-C07-1WHUS is a four-pole sealed miniature general-purpose relay designed for sensitive DC current applications with 85 mW pickup power consumption. The relay features a nominal coil voltage of 12 VDC with a maximum continuous rating of 44 VDC, a coil resistance of 1000 ohms (±10%), and a must-operate current of 8.5 mA. It offers exceptional mechanical reliability with 500 million operations life expectancy, operates across a wide ambient temperature range of -55°C to 80°C, and includes sealed polycarbonate construction with tin-plated copper alloy PC terminals. The relay provides low contact resistance (<50 milliohms initially), high dielectric strength (1500 Vrms contact to coil), and excellent insulation resistance (1000 megohms minimum at 25°C).
