DESCRIPTION
The AZ2700-2A-24D is a 30 A power relay with a 24 VDC nominal coil designed for high-current switching in industrial and commercial applications. It features a dual-pole (DPST, 2 Form X) contact configuration with a maximum switching current of 30 A at 277 VAC resistive, maximum switched power of 840 W, and a maximum switched voltage of 150 VDC or 400 VAC. The relay provides 4000 Vrms dielectric strength between coil and contacts, 2000 Vrms between open contacts, and an insulation resistance of 1000 MO minimum at 500 VDC. With an operate time of 30 ms maximum and release time of 30 ms maximum at nominal coil voltage, the relay is rated for 1 million mechanical cycles and 100,000 electrical cycles at rated load. It operates across -40°C to 85°C (Class B) or -40°C to 105°C (Class F) ambient temperature ranges and includes PC mount and quick-connect terminals for easy installation. Common applications include motor control, power distribution, load switching, and industrial automation systems requiring reliable high-current relay performance.
