DESCRIPTION
The AZ8-1CH-18DE is a miniature PC board relay designed for medium-duty switching applications with a nominal coil voltage of 18VDC and a maximum continuous voltage rating of 37.8VDC. This relay features a 1 Form C (SPDT) contact arrangement rated for 6A at 150VDC or 300VAC, with a maximum switched power of 180W or 1800VA, and contact material of silver nickel for enhanced durability. The relay is epoxy sealed for automatic wave soldering compatibility and offers high sensitivity with a pickup power of 250mW at nominal coil voltage and a coil resistance of 720O (±10%). It provides reliable performance with a mechanical life expectancy of 1×107 operations, an electrical life of 1.8×105 cycles at 6A/120VAC, and operates in 5ms with a 2ms release time. The AZ8-1CH-18DE is ideal for industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and automated switching applications where compact size, high reliability, and medium-duty switching capacity are required.
