DESCRIPTION
The NPA-730B-05WD is a surface-mount pressure sensor from the NPA Series designed for cost-effective, calibrated pressure measurement applications. This device features digital I²C output with 3.3V excitation (3.135 V to 3.465 V operating range) and is packaged in a SOIC14 surface-mount configuration for direct PCB mounting. The sensor offers pressure ranges from 10" H2O to 30 psi with a total error band accuracy of ±1.5% FSO, proof pressure ratings of 5 psi (for 10" H2O to 1 psi range) and 60 psi (for 5 psi to 30 psi range), and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The device includes an on-chip temperature sensor in digital mode and is delivered in tape and reel form to simplify manufacturing handling. Common applications include HVAC systems, medical devices, industrial process control, and environmental monitoring where reliable, compact pressure sensing is required.
