DESCRIPTION
CC2D25 is a fully-calibrated digital humidity and temperature sensor from the ChipCap 2 series, designed for precision environmental sensing applications. It features ±2.0% RH accuracy (20-80% RH) and ±0.3°C temperature accuracy with 14-bit resolution for both measurements, operating from a 2.3V to 5.5V supply voltage with typical current consumption of 750 µA. The sensor operates over a wide temperature range of -40 to 125°C and 0 to 100% RH (non-condensing), with I²C digital interface and alarm function capabilities. Housed in a compact SMD LCC package (5.5 x 4.0 mm), it is ideal for HVAC control, indoor air quality monitoring, medical instruments, and automotive cabin climate control applications where reliable and accurate humidity and temperature sensing is required.
