DESCRIPTION
The MRJ54850F is a rugged vertical RJ45 connector designed for reliable Ethernet/IP connectivity in harsh environments. This 8-position modular jack features a vertical PCB tail termination with threaded lug mounting and no LED indicators, making it suitable for industrial and demanding applications. The connector is constructed with phosphor bronze contacts plated with 1.27 µm gold over 1.27 µm nickel, a die-cast zinc alloy shell with nickel plating, and a high-temperature thermoplastic housing rated UL94V-0. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C with a maximum temperature rise of 30°C ?T, and is RoHS compliant. The MRJ54850F is ideal for networking, telecom, server, computer, and industrial applications where robust connector performance and environmental protection are essential.
