DESCRIPTION
The 10142707-08LF is a receptacle housing component for the Minitek® Pwr 5.70mm connector system, designed for high-current power applications with a current rating up to 28A per contact. This dual-row receptacle housing features UL94V-2 flammability rating, polarized mating geometry to prevent mis-mating, and a scoop-proof design to protect terminals from damage. The housing supports wire gauge ranges from 16AWG to 12AWG and operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 105°C (tin-plated) or -40°C to 120°C (gold-plated), with low mating forces of 6.8N (tin-plated) and 6.0N (gold-plated) per circuit. This connector is ideal for telecommunications equipment, server applications, industrial appliances, and medical devices requiring reliable high-current power distribution with secure retention and environmental corrosion resistance.
