DESCRIPTION
The 63453-118LF is a miniature connector header from the MINITEK 11 product family, configured as a 2×9 position (2X9) connector with lead-free terminals. It features phosphor bronze terminals with 0.76 µm gold plating on the contact area and a glass-filled PCT UL 94V-O black housing body. The connector has a terminal retention force of 0.5 kg minimum and is designed to withstand reflow oven exposure at 255°C peak temperature for 10 seconds in convection, infra-red, or vapor phase applications, and 260°C peak temperature for 10 seconds in wave solder applications with a minimum 1.57 mm thick circuit board. This connector is ideal for compact PCB applications requiring reliable interconnection in consumer electronics, industrial equipment, and automated assembly processes with pick-and-place capabilities.
