DESCRIPTION
The 71918-114LF is a shrouded electrical header connector from the QUICKIE product family designed for reliable PCB interconnection applications. This 2x7 (14-position) connector features a glass-filled thermoplastic housing (UL94V-0) with standard latching capability and lead-free plating consisting of 2 µm minimum matte tin over 1.27 µm minimum nickel underplate. The connector utilizes phosphor bronze pins with 2.54 mm pitch spacing and supports wave solder processing at 260°C ±5°C for 5 seconds on 1.6 mm minimum thick circuit boards. The product is RoHS compliant and available in standard grey or optional black housing colors, making it suitable for industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and consumer electronics requiring secure, polarized connections.
