DESCRIPTION
The 75869-306LF is a Quickie® Shrouded Header Low Profile connector designed for flat cable-to-board connections using 2.54mm pitch IDC technology. It features a four-walled shrouded design with 6 positions for pin protection and misalignment prevention, dual polarization to prevent connector mismating, and duplex plating (tin over 1.27µm nickel) that guarantees 100+ mating cycles. The connector is constructed with blue thermoplastic housing (UL94V-0 rated) and phosphor-bronze pins, delivering a current rating of 1A continuous with an insulation resistance of 1×105MO minimum and dielectric withstanding voltage of 750V AC. Operating across a temperature range of -65°C to +105°C, this connector is ideal for electronic control systems, servers, communication equipment, industrial automation, instrumentation, and medical applications where reliable flat cable termination is required.
