DESCRIPTION

The 75869-332LF is a 2×4 dual-row header connector designed for standard PCB interconnection applications. It features phosphor bronze pins with lead-free plating consisting of 2 µm minimum matte tin over 1.27 µm minimum nickel underplating, ensuring reliable solder joint formation and environmental compliance. The connector housing is constructed from glass-filled thermoplastic (UL94V-0, blue color) or high-temperature plastic with 30% glass reinforcement and non-halogen flame retardant properties. With a 2.54 mm pitch between pins and a solder tail reference of 3.05 mm, this connector is suitable for wave solder applications at 260°C ±5°C for 5 seconds on 1.6 mm minimum thick circuit boards. The lead-free designation (LF) and RoHS compatibility make it ideal for modern electronics requiring environmental compliance and reliable interconnection in consumer, industrial, and telecommunications equipment.
