DESCRIPTION
The 76382-306LF is a shrouded header connector featuring 6 positions arranged in a single row with 2.54 mm pitch spacing. It is constructed with a polyester housing (30% glass-filled, flame retardant per UL-94 V0) and phosphor bronze contacts plated with 0.76 µm gold on the contact area and 2 µm minimum matte tin over 1.27 µm nickel underplate, making it RoHS-compliant and lead-free. The connector provides 15 N minimum pin retention in either direction and is designed to withstand wave solder exposure at 245°C ±5°C for 5 seconds with a 1.6 mm minimum thick circuit board. This connector is ideal for applications requiring reliable interconnection in industrial and consumer electronics where lead-free compliance and robust mechanical retention are essential.
