DESCRIPTION
The 76385-305LF is a Dubox® SHUNTS low-profile board/wire-to-board connector designed for reliable interconnection with enhanced retention features. It incorporates a dual beam contact design with pre-stressed contacts that require low insertion force, along with a 4-wall contact design for signal protection and floating solder tails that self-center on circuit pads to ensure coplanarity. The connector features a maximum insertion force of 450 gf per gold contact and 500 gf per tin-lead contact, with a current rating of 2.5 A per contact and contact resistance of 15 mO maximum initially. Operating over a temperature range of -65°C to +125°C with an insulation resistance of 50,000 MO minimum and dielectric withstanding voltage of 800 V, this connector is suitable for personal care devices, home automation systems, and industrial applications including robotics and power tools.
