DESCRIPTION
The 76385-310LF is a RoHS-compliant shrouded header connector designed for reliable interconnection in electronic assemblies. It features a thermoplastic glass-filled flame-retardant housing (UL 94 V-O, black color) with copper alloy terminals and lead-free plating consisting of 2 µm minimum matte tin over 1.27 µm minimum nickel underplate. The connector accommodates 10 positions per row with a 2.54 mm pitch and includes mini push-out force terminals rated at 22 N in both directions for secure mating and demating. The housing is rated to withstand exposure to 260°C ±5°C solder bath temperature for 5 seconds in wave solder applications with a minimum 1.6 mm thick circuit board. This product is ideal for industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and consumer electronics requiring lead-free, high-reliability interconnections.
