DESCRIPTION

The 8655BMET1A10KLF is a straight exit full metal D-Sub connector hood designed for 9-way D-Sub connectors with double clamp strain relief for strong and secure cable clamping. Manufactured from zinc with nickel plating, this hood provides excellent EMI shielding and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +120°C. The hood features top cable entry, UNC 4-40 thumbscrews, and is re-openable for easy maintenance and reconfiguration. With dimensions of 34.0 mm (A), 45.0 mm (B), and 14.6 mm (C), it accommodates cables up to 11.5 mm in outer diameter. This product is ideal for industrial, instrumentation, and commercial applications requiring robust EMI protection and reliable cable termination in harsh environments.
