DESCRIPTION
The 98414-G06-20ULF is a MINITEK shrouded header connector featuring a 2.00 mm vertical pitch design with 6 positions per row configuration. The connector utilizes 0.76 µm gold plating on contact areas with 2 µm minimum matte tin on tails, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and reliable electrical performance. The housing is constructed from high-temperature thermoplastic material rated UL-94VO, capable of withstanding 260°C peak reflow temperatures for 30 seconds and 260°C solder bath temperatures for 5 seconds. With a post length of 4.00 mm and tail length of 2.50 mm, this connector is designed for robust PCB mounting with 7N minimum pin retention in either direction. The product is RoHS compatible and commonly used in industrial instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and telecommunications equipment where reliable high-density interconnection is required.
