DESCRIPTION
HVSL1200082A170 is a 90° high-voltage waterproof connector plug designed for EV/HEV applications. This connector features a rated voltage of 1000V DC maximum and supports current ratings of 250A (70mm² cable) or 350A (95mm² cable), with this specific variant configured for 70mm² cable and key code A without HVIL. It provides IP67 and IP6K9K protection ratings when mated, along with 360° EMI shielding and touch-proof IP2XB design. The connector incorporates a lever lock mechanism with CPA (Connector Position Assurance) dual-lock structure for secure mating. Operating temperature range spans from -40°C to +125°C with dielectric withstand voltage of 3000V AC and insulation resistance greater than 200 MO. Ideal for high-voltage battery and powertrain connections in electric and hybrid electric vehicles.
