D3899933Z15R is a receptacle dust cap designed for MIL-DTL-38999 Series III connectors, offering environmental protection and sealing at the connector interface when not in use. The product is available in multiple material and finish options including aluminum alloy with cadmium, black zinc nickel, electroless nickel, stainless steel with passivation, and stainless steel with electrodeposited nickel. It features shell sizes ranging from 9 to 25, with optional stainless steel rope and ring attachments or rope-only configurations. The dust cap provides impurity exclusion and environmental sealing, making it suitable for harsh and demanding environments including aerospace and military applications.
