DESCRIPTION
JANMS3181-8C-W is a receptacle dust cap designed to protect unmated MIL-DTL-26482 connectors by providing environmental protection and keeping impurities out of the termination area. This dust cap features a Cadmium Olive Drab (W) finish with 500 hours salt spray resistance and conductive electrical properties. The accessory shell size 8 provides an A diameter reference of 12.01 mm (0.47 inch) and F diameter of 18.26 mm (0.71 inch), with a standard chain length (H) of 76.20 mm (3 inches). Constructed from aluminum alloy, this QPL-approved dust cap operates within a temperature range of -55°C to +175°C. It is ideal for harsh and demanding environments where connector protection during non-use periods is critical.
