DESCRIPTION

M85049/38-25W is a strain relief clamp backshell designed for circular connectors per MIL-DTL-26482 and MIL-DTL-83723 standards. This backshell features a straight orientation and is constructed from aluminum alloy and stainless steel materials with an anodized nickel-plated finish (A.N.W.S.). The accessory shell size 25 accommodates a 1.625-inch (41.275 mm) connector shell with a maximum outer diameter of 1.93 inches (49.0 mm). It provides strain relief at the cable termination area, environmental protection, and EMI/RFI shielding for harsh and demanding applications. This product is commonly used in military and aerospace applications where reliable cable management and connector protection are essential.
