DESCRIPTION
031-6825 is a TNC straight plug connector designed for use with LMR-240 and LMR-240-UF cables, featuring a 50 ohm impedance and compliance with MIL-STD 348 interface specifications. The connector operates across a frequency range of DC to 6 GHz with a maximum VSWR of 1.15 (23.127 dB return loss) and dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000 VRMS minimum. Constructed with brass body and coupling nut (nickel plated), BeCu and brass contacts (gold plated), PTFE insulators, and a seamless copper ferrule (nickel plated), the connector is rated for 500 mechanical cycles minimum and operates reliably over a temperature range of -40°C to +130°C. The recommended coupling torque is 4–6 in-lbs, and the connector is suitable for RF/microwave applications requiring robust, high-frequency signal transmission with excellent impedance matching and durability.
