DESCRIPTION

The 222179-10 is an F-type right-angle crimp plug connector designed for use with RG-179/U and RG-187A/U coaxial cables featuring a 0.040" contact pin. The connector is constructed with a brass body and housing with nickel finish, a PTFE insulator, a brass contact pin with gold finish, and a copper ferrule with nickel finish, ensuring reliable electrical performance and corrosion resistance. The center contact pin diameter is 1.0 mm, and the connector features a 3/8–32 UNEF–2B thread interface with recommended cable stripping dimensions of 5.30 mm outer diameter and 4.30 mm inner diameter.
