DESCRIPTION
ATBS-043-1205 is a 15-position AT Series™ receptacle connector featuring a thermoplastic housing with mixed contact configuration (2 × Size 12 / 13 × Size 16 contacts) rated for 13A and 25A current capacity. The connector incorporates an integral latching system ensuring definitive electrical and mechanical connection, with superior environmental seals and seal retention capabilities. It is rated IP67 (dust tight; 1 meter water immersion for 30 minutes), IP68 (dust tight; 1 meter water immersion for 24 hours), and IP69K (dust tight; high-pressure waterproof at 4 points: 0°, 30°, 60°, 90°) in mated condition. The connector demonstrates robust mechanical performance with shock resistance to 50 g's across three axes, vibration tolerance up to 20 g's at sine sweep 10–2000 Hz, terminal retention of minimum 25 lbs pull-out force, and thermal shock endurance through 10 cycles from -55°C to +125°C. This connector is ideal for industrial applications requiring reliable, sealed multi-pin connections in harsh environments such as heavy equipment, marine systems, and outdoor installations.
