DESCRIPTION
The AWM-12P is a 12-position heavy-duty multi-pin connector from the ATM Series™ designed for demanding industrial applications requiring robust environmental sealing and reliable electrical connections. It features an integrated latching system that ensures definitive electrical and mechanical connection, with IP68 and IP69K ratings in mated condition providing dust-tight protection and high-pressure waterproof capability. The connector operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, supports a maximum current of 7.5A at 250V, and utilizes thermoplastic UL94-VO housing with silicone elastomer seals for superior environmental resistance. The housing incorporates excellent UV resistance and dielectric/mechanical properties, while the stamped and formed copper alloy contacts are nickel-plated for corrosion resistance. This connector is ideal for marine, heavy equipment, agricultural, automotive, and alternative energy applications where harsh environmental conditions and reliable interconnection are critical requirements.
