DESCRIPTION
MB1JJN0800 is an M23 Elite Checkmate circular DIN connector designed for demanding industrial applications requiring robust signal and power transmission. The connector features a quick-locking Checkmate coupling system with distinctive alignment arrows and lock/unlock symbols, available in multiple configurations including power (6, 8, 9 positions), signal (12, 16, 17 positions), and hybrid (8, 15 positions) variants. Key technical specifications include a maximum current rating of 30A for power contacts, maximum voltage of 630V AC/850V DC, operating temperature range of -20°C to +130°C, and zinc die-cast nickel-plated housing with 360° shielding. The connector has been vibration and shock tested up to 20g and 50g respectively in three axes, features a cable clamping range of 4.5mm to 17mm, and includes a 330° rotatable base design for 90° receptacles.
