DESCRIPTION
C09131H0061012 is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family designed for industrial applications requiring robust environmental protection and signal integrity. The connector features a metal screw coupling system with IP65/67/69K mating protection, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating to ensure reliable performance in harsh environments. It supports 2 through 8, 12, and 14 position configurations with current ratings of 2-3 positions at 10A, 5-8 positions at 7A, and 12-14 positions at 3A at +40°C. The connector operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and provides excellent EMI shielding capability with contact resistance below 5mO and insulation resistance exceeding 10¹²O. With 18 through 28 AWG wire compatibility, solder and crimp termination options, and UL 94 V0 flammability rating, this connector is ideal for measuring instruments, 4G/5G mobile radio networks, and other demanding industrial applications requiring high-integrity power and signal connections.
