DESCRIPTION
C09131N0031002U is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial applications requiring robust environmental protection and signal integrity. The connector features a metal screw coupling system with IP65/67/69K rating when mated, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating for reliable performance. It supports 2 through 8, 12, and 14 position configurations with current ratings of 2-3 positions at 10A, 5-8 positions at 7A, and 12-14 positions at 3A at +40°C. The connector offers excellent EMI shielding capability with contact resistance below 5mO, insulation resistance greater than 10¹²O, and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. With solder and crimp termination options supporting 18 through 28 AWG wire sizes and UL 94 V0 flammability rating, this connector is ideal for measuring instruments, 4G/5G mobile radio networks, and other demanding industrial applications requiring high-integrity power and signal connections.
