DESCRIPTION
T3636000 is an Amphenol signalmate® C091 M16 D circular DIN connector designed for industrial applications requiring robust environmental protection and EMI shielding. The connector features a metal screw coupling system with IP65/67/69K rating when mated, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating for reliable signal and power transmission. It supports contact termination via solder or crimp methods with wire gauges from 18 to 28 AWG, and offers excellent electrical performance with insulation resistance exceeding 10¹² O and contact resistance below 5 mO. The connector operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and provides 720 hours of salt spray corrosion resistance, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments including measuring instruments, 4G/5G mobile radio networks, and other applications requiring high-integrity connections with superior EMI shielding capability.
