DESCRIPTION
The 1300G5 is a white-colored modular Powerpole connector housing designed for high-current power distribution applications. It is rated for 75 A continuous current at 600 V AC or DC operation and accommodates #6 AWG (13.3 mm²) wire with a maximum insulation diameter of 0.437 inches (11.10 mm). The connector features a flat wiping contact system that minimizes contact resistance at high current, with an average contact resistance of 200 micro-ohms, and maintains contact integrity through a molded-in dovetail design that prevents unintended disconnection in keyed assemblies. The housing is genderless and modular, allowing flexible configuration for multi-pole assemblies, and operates reliably across -20 °C to +105 °C with an insulation withstanding voltage of 2200 V AC/DC. This connector is ideal for power distribution, battery systems, and industrial equipment where cost-effective reliability, design flexibility, and safety are critical requirements.
