DESCRIPTION
The 1330G4 is a black modular Powerpole connector housing designed for 30 A continuous operation at 600 V AC or DC. It accommodates wire sizes from #12 to #16 AWG (3.3 to 1.3 mm²) with a maximum wire insulation diameter of 0.175 inches (4.45 mm). The connector features a flat wiping contact system that maintains minimal contact resistance of 600 micro-ohms at high current, with a contact retention force of 25 lbs and an average connection/disconnection force of 3 lbs. Operating over a temperature range of -20°C to +105°C (-4°F to 221°F), the housing is molded with dovetails to prevent misconnection and is rated UL94 V-0 for flammability. This connector is ideal for power distribution, automotive, marine, and industrial applications requiring reliable, cost-effective connections with visual identification through color-coded housings.
