DESCRIPTION
The 931-BK is a green SB350 connector housing designed for high-current power distribution applications. It accommodates wire sizes from 1/0 AWG (53.5 mm²) up to 350 mcm (150 mm²) and is rated for UL-certified currents up to 500 amps with 350 mcm wire or 450 amps with 4/0 AWG wire. The housing features silver-plated wire contacts that minimize electrical resistance and offer superior durability with up to 10,000 mating cycles. The connector employs a genderless design with color-coded mechanical keys enabling reliable wire-to-busbar connections. The 931-BK operates over a temperature range of -20°C to 105°C and is suitable for battery systems, renewable energy installations, and industrial power distribution where high current capacity and mechanical reliability are essential.
