DESCRIPTION
The 0ZRA0600FF1E is a radial leaded PTC resettable fuse designed for overcurrent and overtemperature protection in automotive and industrial applications. It features a hold current of 6A, trip current of 10.2A, and maximum voltage rating of 16VDC, with a typical power dissipation of 2.8W at 23°C. The device exhibits low DC resistance with a minimum of 0.009O and maximum of 0.033O, and has a maximum time-to-trip of 5.8 seconds at rated current and 30 seconds at fault current conditions. The component is RoHS 2 compliant, AEC-Q certified, TÜV and UL recognized, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Its lead-free, halogen-free construction with flame-retardant epoxy insulation (UL-94-V-0) makes it suitable for automotive, telecommunications, and consumer electronics applications requiring automatic circuit protection with automatic recovery capability.
