DESCRIPTION
AV1630C900 is a momentary action security pushbutton switch from the AV series, featuring a curved stainless steel actuator with a 16 mm (.629) bushing diameter and snap-action mechanism. The switch is designed with brass silver-plated contacts and operates with a travel distance of 1.60 mm (±0.3 mm), delivering reliable tactile feedback for security applications. It supports electrical ratings of 200 mA at 48 VDC and 100 mA at 48 VDC, with an initial contact resistance of 50 mO maximum and insulation resistance of 1,000 MO minimum at 500 VDC. The switch is rated for 50,000 electrical cycles at 200 mA 48 VDC and 100,000 cycles at 100 mA 48 VDC, with a mechanical life of 1,000,000 cycles. Operating temperature range is -30°C to +70°C, and it accommodates panel thicknesses from 1 mm to 6 mm maximum. This robust anti-vandal design is ideal for security systems, access control panels, and industrial control applications requiring durable, tamper-resistant switching.
