DESCRIPTION
The AV19C703D200K is a tactile security pushbutton switch featuring a 19 mm (.748) bushing diameter designed for robust panel-mounted applications. It incorporates a stainless steel actuator with thermoplastic overmolding, gold-plated dome contacts, and a PBT UL94-V0 case for durability and fire resistance. The switch operates with an actuation force of 7 N ±2N, a torque specification of 5 Nm minimum to 14 Nm maximum applied to the nut, and supports panel thicknesses from 1 mm to 6 mm. Operating temperature range is -30°C to +70°C, with a mechanical life of 1,000,000 cycles at full load and hand soldering capability at 270°C for 3 seconds maximum. This switch is ideal for security applications, industrial control panels, and environments requiring anti-vandal protection with tactile feedback.
