DESCRIPTION
CT37001N000 is a sealed toggle switch designed for reliable switching applications requiring environmental protection and high cycle durability. The switch features a completely sealed switching chamber with IP67 front panel sealing, protecting against dust and liquid ingress, and is rated for 10A at 250VAC with UL approval per UL 1054. It delivers 100,000 mechanical lifecycles with an initial contact resistance of 10 mO maximum at 1A 2VDC and insulation resistance of 1,000 mO minimum at 500VDC. The switch operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and features a maximum torque rating of 2 Nm applied to the nut. Common applications include industrial control panels, marine equipment, and sealed enclosure systems where durability and environmental sealing are critical requirements.
