DESCRIPTION
The IPR1SAD3 is a latching pushbutton switch designed for harsh environments, featuring a 12 mm bushing with a round curved actuator that remains in the low position when activated. It is sealed to IP67 according to IEC 60529 and offers robust environmental protection with shock resistance of 100 g, vibration resistance of 10–500 Hz at 10 g, and salt spray resistance per IEC 512-6. The switch operates reliably over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a mechanical life of 200,000 cycles, typical operating force of 5 N ±2 N, and total travel of 2.5 mm ±0.3 mm. It supports electrical ratings up to 4 A at 12 VDC with 200,000 cycles or 3 A at 48 VDC with 75,000 cycles, making it suitable for industrial control panels, machinery, and outdoor applications requiring durable, sealed switching solutions.
