DESCRIPTION

12103784 is a low-voltage automotive connector terminal designed for on-engine sensor applications and heavy-duty performance in vehicle electrical systems. The terminal features a 2.8 mm blade size with cable sealing capability, supporting cavity counts of 2, 3, and 4 ways with a centerline spacing of 5.0 mm. It operates at a maximum temperature of +125°C to -40°C and withstands vibration up to 20 G, with a maximum current rating of 18 A at 23°C. The contact resistance is less than 0.5 mO, contact mating force is less than 5 N, and contact unmating force is less than 1 N, ensuring reliable electrical connections. The terminal is compliant with USCAR design guidelines, features superior single-piece housing construction with Primary Lock Reinforcement (PLR) for detecting partially installed terminals, and provides IP69K environmental protection, making it ideal for demanding automotive applications requiring robust and ergonomic connector solutions.
