DESCRIPTION
ADN20-24-1PM-C is a 480 W single-phase DIN rail mounting AC-DC power supply designed for industrial control and automation applications. It features an input voltage range of 85–264 Vac or 90–375 Vdc, with a nominal 24 Vdc output adjustable from 24–28 Vdc and delivers 20 A at full load. The unit achieves greater than 90% efficiency with active power factor correction (PFC) better than 0.92, output voltage regulation of ±2%, and output ripple of less than 100 mVpp. Key protection features include overvoltage protection (30.5–33 Vdc with auto-recovery), continuous short-circuit and overload protection, and Power Boost capability providing 1.5× nominal current for up to 4 seconds. The industrial-grade metal case design with DIN rail mounting, three status LEDs for diagnostics, and a demonstrated MTBF of 450,000 hours at 40°C make it suitable for machine control, process control, conveying equipment, material handling, and test and measurement applications.
