DESCRIPTION
ASA00B36-LS is a 6-watt isolated DC-DC converter from the Artesyn ASA series, designed for high-input applications with an ultra-wide 4:1 input voltage range of 18–75 Vdc and a single 12 V output at 0.50 A. The converter features 1500 Vdc input-to-output isolation, operates at 200 kHz switching frequency, and delivers 81% efficiency at nominal input voltage with maximum output current. Housed in a compact 1.25 × 0.8 inch (31.7 × 20.3 mm) metal DIP package with a height of 0.4 inch (10.2 mm), it is fully encapsulated and meets Mil-STD-202G vibration requirements, making it ideal for ruggedized applications in harsh environments. The device is UL/CSA 62368-1 certified and RoHS 6 compliant, with an output voltage tolerance of ±2.0% and load regulation of ±0.5%.
