DESCRIPTION
The AXA02F36-LHS is a high-input isolated DC-DC converter from Artesyn's AXA series, designed for applications requiring wide input voltage ranges and reliable power conversion. It features an ultra-wide 4:1 input voltage range of 18–75 Vdc with a 3.3 V single output delivering 2.2 A at 85% efficiency, and provides 1,500 Vdc input/output isolation with hiccup mode short-circuit protection. The converter is fully encapsulated in a compact metal case measuring 1.0" × 1.0" × 0.4" with an isolated baseplate, operating reliably across -40°C to +80°C ambient temperatures with a switching frequency of 450 kHz. Standard features include remote On/Off control, ±2.0% voltage tolerance, and optional clip-on heatsink for enhanced thermal management. This design is ideal for industrial, telecommunications, data center, and semiconductor equipment applications where high isolation, efficiency, and compact form factor are critical.
