DESCRIPTION
The AYA01F12-L is an isolated DC-DC converter from the Artesyn AYA series designed for low-power applications including data communication, telecommunications, computer peripherals, industrial automation, and mobile battery-powered systems. It features a 9-18 Vdc input range with a 3.3V output at 0.6A, delivering 2W of power with 80% efficiency. The module provides 1500 Vdc input-to-output isolation, operates across -40°C to +85°C, and includes comprehensive protection features such as overload protection at 170% of maximum load current and continuous short-circuit protection with automatic recovery. The ultra-compact DIP package (14 × 14 × 8.0 mm) enables easy through-hole mounting, making it ideal for space-constrained applications requiring reliable isolated power conversion.
