DESCRIPTION
LES20A48-5V0RS is an isolated DC/DC converter module designed for high-current, low-voltage power delivery applications. It accepts a 48V input (36–75 Vdc range) and delivers 5.0V at up to 20A output current with 92% typical efficiency. The module features an industry-standard eighth-brick footprint with low-profile through-hole construction, providing 38% space savings compared to conventional quarter-brick converters. Key characteristics include ±1.5% set-point accuracy, ±0.1% line regulation, ±0.2% load regulation, and 60 mV peak-to-peak ripple and noise. The converter operates reliably across a wide ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, includes secondary-side control with no optocouplers for fast transient response, and provides overvoltage and overtemperature protection.
