DESCRIPTION
LGA50D-01DADJJ is a non-isolated dual-output digital DC/DC converter designed for cost and space-sensitive applications requiring high power density. The device offers two independent and configurable 25 A, 50 W outputs that can be combined into a single 50 A, 100 W output, with an adjustable output voltage range of 0.6–5.0 V and input voltage range of 7.5–14 Vdc. It features exceptional efficiency up to 95.5%, a compact footprint of 1.0 × 0.5 × 0.48 inches (25.4 × 12.5 × 12.2 mm), two-phase design, PMBus digital control with automatic loop compensation, and support for stacking up to four units for 200 A total current. The converter operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, requires no minimum load, and is available with either metal-block pin or solder-bump termination, making it ideal for telecommunications, data center computing, industrial power distribution, and other demanding applications requiring reliable, efficient power conversion.
