The SIL30C-12SADJ-V is a 30 A non-isolated DC-DC converter designed for space-sensitive applications requiring high power density. It features a 12 VDC input with a wide operating range of 10.2 V to 13.8 V, and provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.9 V to 5.0 V with an external resistor for voltage trimming. The converter delivers typical efficiency of 91% at full load, with a maximum load regulation of ±1.5% and operates at a fixed switching frequency of 300 kHz. Standard protection features include over-temperature protection, overcurrent and short-circuit protection with 10 A continuous short-circuit current capability, input undervoltage lockout, and remote ON/OFF control. The device supports remote sense for voltage drop compensation, power good output signal, and current sharing for parallel operation of multiple units, making it suitable for distributed power systems and applications requiring redundancy or load sharing.
