DESCRIPTION
ASM201-240-BNH-PF1 is a 24 VDC, 200W high power density medical and industrial grade open frame power supply designed for both Class I and Class II protection applications. The unit delivers 8.4 A at forced air cooling or 5.9 A at convection cooling, with a typical efficiency of 94% at 230 VAC and 92% at 115 VAC. It features 2 MOPP isolation with BF leakage current for patient safety, operates over a universal input range of 80–264 VAC at 50–60 Hz, and includes a 12V auxiliary fan output (0.5 A) and power good signal. The compact open frame footprint measures 2" × 4" × 1.21" with header connectors, and the unit is certified to IEC 60601-1 3rd Edition medical safety, IEC 62368-1 and IEC 60950-1 I.T.E. standards, and EN 55011 Class B emissions. This design is ideal for medical equipment, industrial control systems, and home medical applications requiring high reliability and regulatory compliance.
