DESCRIPTION

1694A-RED-1000 is a low-loss serial digital coaxial cable designed for high-frequency signal transmission applications. It features an 18 AWG solid bare copper conductor with a diameter of 1.016 mm, gas-injected foam HDPE insulation with a diameter of 4.572 mm, and a Duofoil® plus tinned copper braid shield providing 95% coverage, all enclosed in a PVC jacket. The cable exhibits a characteristic impedance of 75 Ohms, a velocity of propagation of 82%, and a nominal delay of 4.06844 ns/m, with attenuation ranging from 0.787 dB/100m at 1 MHz to 38.650 dB/100m at 3000 MHz. It is rated for a maximum operating voltage of 300 V RMS and meets UL 1006 Vertical Shaft and CSA FT4 flame test standards, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor installations.
